Customs Consultancy is a profession established by law. Customs Consultants and Assistant Consultants must be graduated from the universities established in pursuance of Customs Law 4458. Such requirement and obligation require us to form our human resources from at least university graduates or graduate candidates. Therefore, such element must be taken into consideration in the applications to be made to our Company.
Customs Consultants and Assistant Consultant candidates (trainees) of the future are educated and trained under our corporate culture as creative and dedicated individuals oriented to customer satisfaction and as helpful and sharing personalities within team spirit by respecting human rights in full awareness of their responsibilities according to laws, regulations and similar legislations.
One of the most significant consequences of our policy related to our human resources is ‘sustainability’. In our company, we currently have 12 workers with an experience of over 25 years within corporate culture. Under the framework of ‘investment to human’ which is the most important investment in the service sector for sustainability, constant trainings are provided from various experts periodically and scientific values of our age are conveyed to our staff.
